What is the Now at Work 2020 Digital Experience?
Now at Work 2020 is a one-day, global digital experience taking place in October where we'll be unveiling exciting, new innovations in the Now Platform Paris release. You'll discover new ways to drive growth, strengthen business continuity, and enhance employee productivity. From the executive keynote to more than 20 Paris release breakout sessions, you'll walk away with great ideas for making your world of work, work better.
Broadcasting across ten market channels, Now at Work 2020 will offer engaging,
locally-relevant experiences. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from world-class customers and partners in their regions who are fueling business agility and resilience with connected workflows.
When is Now at Work?
The Now at Work Digital Experience will take place on two dates:

What types of content will be available?
You’ll find a broad selection of sessions tailored for various workflows (e.g., IT, customer, employee), industries, and sponsors. Explore our local channels—including one exclusively dedicated to Canada—to find the content most relevant to your organization.
Will access to program content be available once Now at work AMS concludes?
Yes. All Now at Work 2020 keynote, spotlight and breakout session content from across all ten market channels will be available on the digital platform through the end of December, 2020. You may access this global content from the Now at Work 2020 website at the conclusion of the program.
May I access other Now at Work events, aside from the one in my region?
Yes, you will be able to log in and access content from any of the ten Now at Work events.

You can use the tabs at the top of the page to help you get to all program content.

How do I create a playlist?
To create a playlist, navigate to the "Playlist" tab at the top of the screen. Click on "+New Playlist" and begin curating a set of sessions based on your area of interest.
Can I share a playlist with a colleague?
Yes, you can share playlists with your colleagues. Once you've selected or built out a playlist, click on the "Copy Link to Share" button in the top right corner.
Where can I find out more information about ServiceNow?
There's a contact form on each session page where you can request that someone contact you for more information. Look for the green "Let's Connect" box on the right-hand side of the screen.
