How do I navigate the digital experience?
Once you are in the digital experience, you can use the tabs at the top of the page to help you navigate all available content.
  • Home – Start here to see the featured content we have available for you.
  • Schedule – Explore the content catalog for sessions available now, on-demand.
  • My Agenda – View your schedule for sessions and other content.
  • Channels – See the full line up of channels organized around specific topics.
  • Playlists - Explore our list of curated playlists and create your own.
  • Sponsors – Engage with our sponsors.
  • Surveys – Share your feedback on the sessions you attended.
  • FAQ – Got questions? We’ll help you here.
What types of different content are available?
We have hundreds of on demand sessions tailored to various workflows, industries, and programs. Explore our 20+ channels to find the content most relevant to your organization.
How do I create a playlist?
To create a playlist, navigate to the "Playlist" tab at the top of the screen. Click on the "Create" button and begin curating a set of sessions based on your area of interest.  View our How To guide.
Can I share a playlist with a colleague?
Yes, you can share playlists with your colleagues. Once you've selected or built out a playlist, click on the "Copy Link to Share" button at the top right corner. 
Will the presentations be available?
Yes! Presentation decks are available to download. Select an on-demand session and navigate to the "More Resources" section on the right side. Click the "Session Presentation" link and the presentation will download as a PDF. 
Where can I find out more information about ServiceNow?
There is a contact form on each session page where you can have someone contact you for more information. Look for the green “Let’s Connect” box on the right-hand side of the screen.
